In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. A valid email address is required.
Please note: Due to the complex nature of syncing libraries that may contain thousands of songs, we cannot help with every question that you might have. SuperSync is the best tool we can create to solve common library management issues, but at the end of the day, not all music library problems can be solved with SuperSync.
We are especially interested in hearing from you about ways to improve our product, or to help fix any problems that might come up. If you have a bug report and need to send information about your SuperSync/iTunes setup, please use the SuperSync Send a suggestion/bug report feature in SuperSync's Tools menu. This way we'll be able to see how you have your libraries set up and know which version and platform you're running.
